Allow me to introduce myself, Eric L. Jones, CPA, firm owner of and sole practitioner in\u00a0J<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666S<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666H<\/span> Accounting and Tax Services<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>

I graduated magna cum laude from David Lipscomb University in 1989 and continue my professional education by attending at least 40 hours of continuing professional education each year. Following my graduation from David Lipscomb University, I was employed for more than three years with the Nashville firm of Kraft and Company, CPAs.\u00a0\u00a0In October 1992, I established a sole practitioner public accounting office in Springfield, Tennessee and subsequently formed the public accounting partnership, Jones & Sherrod, CPA\u2019s, which after fifteen successful years, dissolved in May 2008.\u00a0\u00a0Following the dissolution of Jones & Sherrod, CPA\u2019s, the senior staff from Jones & Sherrod, CPA\u2019s, Tammie Scott, and administrative assistant, Debbie Hart, joined me in J<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666S<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666H<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u00a0Accounting and Tax Services<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>

J<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666S<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666H<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u00a0Accounting and Tax Services<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0is located at 801 5th<\/sup>\u00a0Avenue West in Springfield.\u00a0\u00a0If you are familiar with Springfield, you may remember this building as once being the location of Larry\u2019s Restaurant and later Domino\u2019s Pizza.\u00a0\u00a0We have completely renovated this facility and have in place state of the art equipment, software, and security systems.<\/p>

We have extensive experience in the areas of individual income taxation, business taxation involving corporate, partnership, and limited liability company entity forms, estate planning, trust accounting and taxation, general bookkeeping, preparation of compiled and reviewed financial statements, contractor licensing, and state of the art management information systems involving multiple facets of accounting, sales, fabrication, manufacturing, and inventory control.<\/p>

J<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666S<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666H<\/span> Accounting and Tax Services<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0is registered with the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy.\u00a0\u00a0In addition, I am a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the AICPA Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS), and the Robertson County Tennessee Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>

Our objective at\u00a0J<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666S<\/strong><\/b><\/span>\u2666H<\/span> Accounting and Tax Services<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0is to meet the needs of our clients in an efficient and timely manner, while always working as a team for the client\u2019s best interest and benefit.\u00a0\u00a0Our philosophy is that, \u201cOur clients are the most important part of our business.\u00a0\u00a0They are not dependent on us.\u00a0\u00a0We are dependent on them.\u00a0\u00a0They are not an interruption on our work.\u00a0\u00a0They are the purpose of it.
